today is 9 / 11
for these few days, there are lots and lots of and lots of coverage regarding the 9/ 11 ten years ago...
yup, the attack of World Trade Center and Pentagon...
i watched a lot of things from day til dawn... the news coverage ten years ago, the celebration today in the Ground Zero, the view and recording from the fire fighters and lots more. My favorite is the movie regarding the United 93 airlines... the most touching part is when a lady from the hijacked plane called her mom to tell her regarding what happened to her, one of the line, "mom, what makes me feels sad is that i know it will be harder for you than it is for me." :(
some people said that the exposure is over-rated as it becomes commercialized. one of the best example is that the families of the died one in Pentagon, they screamed when President Obama came and after the ceremony, everyone was busy taking photos and shaking hands with Mr. President and First Lady. this is not a scene on a memorial day. it more like meeting celebrities.. wkwkwkwk...
My salute to all the victims. May they be blessed in heaven and born later with better karma..
